第31屆大埔盃羽毛球隊際邀請賽在2022年10月1日和10月2日一連兩日在大埔李福林體育館舉行。
我們大埔隊可以說是人強馬壯，經過兩天的激烈比賽，四強賽時以細分一分之微險勝帝家，進入決賽，面對飛燕。但由於決賽日碰上會長盃高級組混團同日舉行,
不幸我們其中某隊友無法從會長盃賽後趕回，結果我們在局數和分數領先的大好形勢之下仍然屈居亞軍，但這個名次並不重要，重要的是賽場中高手林立，實在是一個很好的學習機會。

The 31st Tai Po Cup Badminton Invitational Tournament
The Tournament was held on October 1 and 2, 2022 at the Lee Fook Lam Stadium in Tai Po. Our Tai Po host team are quite strong. After two days of intense competition, we narrowly beat Decar by only one tiny point in the semi-finals and entered the final to face Feiyan. However, the finals day of Tai Po Cup collided with the President's Cup. Unfortunately one of our teammates could not make it back from the President's Cup. As a result, we were only the runner-up despite leading quite a bit in the matches. But the important thing is that there are many badminton masters in the arena, which is really a good learning opportunity.
